Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SavedTrips, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

SavedTrips is a trip planning tool that processes shared video links to extract travel information such as place names, restaurants, attractions, and tips. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. Content & Video Links

  • You are responsible for the content you submit to SavedTrips.
  • Do not submit links to content you do not have the right to process.
  • We process publicly available videos to extract travel data. We do not host, redistribute, or claim ownership of any video content.
  • Extracted place data is stored as part of your trip and is subject to these terms.

5. Purchases & Refunds

  • Trip Pass ($14.99) and Credit Pack ($4.99) are available for purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Purchases are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Collaborative Trips

  • Inviting someone to a trip gives them access to all places and plans within that trip.
  • Trip owners can remove members at any time.
  • Premium features unlocked by a Trip Pass apply to the entire trip, not to individual members.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use SavedTrips for any unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Do not abuse the video processing system (for example, submitting non-travel content at scale).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SavedTrips is a planning tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted place information, cost estimates, or itinerary suggestions.
  • We are not liable for travel decisions made based on content generated by the app.
  • Verify all place details including hours, prices, and availability independently before traveling.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SavedTrips after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
